About

My name is Anita.
Two years ago, I finished my bachelor’s degree in politics and international relations on bildethe outskirts of London. I have since worked as an intern for a project about extraordinary rendition and secret detention. Last spring I was an intern at Reprieve – an organisation promoting human rights through the rule of law, assisting prisoners on death row worldwide, in addition to victims of extraordinary rendition and drone attacks in the ‘war on terror’. At the moment I’m based in Norway, studying journalism.

I truly believe that curiosity broadens the mind. And in the light of my various interests, like reading, music, climbing, travelling, photography, hiking, and writing, this blog is likely to include a variety of things, in addition to political and social issues, and in no particular order.

This is me in a nutshell.

Takk til dokke som stikk innom – det varmar eit skrivarhjarte.

  1. Anita, despite a few thousands of kilometers (I live in Argentina), we share the admiration towards Bertrand Russell. I recommend you to read “The conquest of Happiness”. It is the best self-help book ever written, and the most plagiarized. Best regards, Horacio.
